About

An accountant by trade, an engineer by training

That combination is unusual, and it is exactly what is needed when the rules change and the software cannot keep up.

I have worked across the whole finance function: from administrative assistant to finance manager, through staff accountant and independent consultant. I handle full accounting cycles, bank reconciliation, treasury control, cash-flow forecasting, budget control and monthly and annual closes.

What sets me apart is what I do with the technical side. I configure Odoo, connect systems, write Python automations and remove repetitive work. Where there used to be hours of copy and paste, there is now a process that runs, flags what does not add up and leaves the numbers ready to decide with.

I work with strict attention to compliance —Verifactu and B2B e-invoicing included— and with one simple obsession: that the numbers add up and that people can actually understand them.

Bank reconciler

Statement-to-invoice matching, locally, with no cloud

Matches bank statements against issued and received invoices, proposes each pairing with a confidence score and produces a report of what ties out and what does not. No external dependencies, no data leaving the machine.

Nine matching strategies, from an exact invoice number to a split payment with a deducted fee.
Reads Norma 43 (AEB), CSV, TSV and Excel, and detects columns by synonym: any export will do.
What does not match is not hidden: it proposes the closest invoices with a score and the reason why.
Everything runs locally. The UI only listens on 127.0.0.1 and there is not a single network call.

Indicative pricing: the quote is always fixed after the assessment, based on your volume and your software. Special terms are available for the first projects in exchange for a testimonial with numbers.

Verifactu is not the same as B2B e-invoicing

Verifactu is how you record your invoices: chained hash, QR code and record retention.
B2B e-invoicing is how you transmit invoices between companies: FacturaE or the public solution.
Many practices mix the two up, and they are two different calendars. Once you separate them in the first meeting, it becomes clear where the risk sits.
